Positioned on the edge of Lake Kariba, in the Matusadona National Park, the secluded and intimate Changa Safari Camp is an attractive getaway in an exquisite untouched setting – the lodge has extensive vistas over the lake and on to the distant Matusadona Mountains. The accommodation consists of eight tents (six double and two family) all with outdoor baths and private decks. The communal main areas have been created using natural materials and are open-sided so that you get the breeze from across the lake. There is a large wooden deck, thatched lounge and dining area which reaches out to the shoreline as well as a sandy beach and a swimming pool area with loungers. Sundowners are sipped around the campfire and meals can be taken in a variety of locations under the stars, as a group with fellow guests and guides.
Activities include game drives, walking safaris, boat safaris, and fishing is also available on the lake.
